Wholesale terms
The discount depends on your volume of orders per quarter and applies to the retail price of the specific event. The table shows starting prices for the base format. The QR code, admin panel, guide and team training are already included. You set the final price and markup for your own client

- We agree on a wholesale price for a quarter or season. You set the markup and the final price for your own client
- Who handles the tech on site?
- Your team does, our presence is not required. Everything runs from one laptop: the QR goes on the screen, effects are controlled from the admin panel. The guide is short, a sound engineer picks it up in one run-through. We stay on call on the day
- Can we start with one event?
- Yes, a one-off collaboration is available right away with a 10% discount. The discount grows to 30% with regular bookings
- What if dates overlap with other orders?
- Dates never get blocked: your team runs the show and we don’t need to be on site. Even several events on the same day are fine
- Do you work outside Moscow?
- Yes, across Russia. Logistics and timing for travel are discussed separately for each city
