A corporate show program is not a single stage number but a set of formats that hold the room’s attention throughout the evening. The market offers dozens of options, but prices and conditions are often opaque. Here is a breakdown of the real formats with price ranges, pros and cons.
Cover band
Live music or a cover band remains the most popular choice for dinner and the dance part. In Moscow the price for a full evening starts at 60–80 thousand rubles for a 4–6 piece band. In the regions it is lower.
Pros: familiar hits, live energy, guests dance after dinner. Cons: during the meal the hall is mostly passive, music works as background. Separate mechanics or a host are needed for engagement.
LED-costume performers and light numbers
One to three performers in glowing suits deliver a 5–10 minute routine. Pricing usually starts at 25,000 ₽ and rises with the artists’ fame and the region. The effect is bright and ready to go.
The audience watches from their seats. It works well as an accent at the beginning or middle of the program. Requires a reasonably dark room so the costumes stand out.
Illusionist, flair bartending, sand art show
Illusionist: 30–60k for 10–15 minutes, intimate format for a smaller room. Flair bar show: from 25k, bottle and fire tricks at the bar. Sand art show: 15–30k, a beautiful story on stage with sand and light. All three are spectacles for the audience; guests do not participate directly.
Drone shows
Drones form shapes and messages in the sky. A meaningful outdoor show starts at 500,000 ₽. Preparation takes two weeks or more, flight permits, a flat venue and good weather are required. Does not work indoors or in bad weather.
Light show with audience participation
Guests scan a QR code, raise their phones, and the entire hall becomes one synchronized light picture controlled by the host or DJ. Ultrasound synchronization means no app or internet is needed. Works in any indoor space with no equipment rental or installation.
Starting price from 10,000 ₽ per event for up to 100 guests, fixed for the whole evening. The more participants, the higher the price, but engagement grows with it. After the show everyone gets promo, polls or a draw in their browser. More in the Corporate events and weddings section.
How to build an evening program
A good program alternates passive and active blocks. Example timing for a 100–200 person corporate event:
- 19:00–20:30 – reception or dinner + cover band or background music
- 20:30–20:45 – short performer number (LED or illusionist)
- 20:45–21:00 – host, draws, transition
- 21:00–21:10 – light show for the whole room as the climax
- 21:10 onward – dancing or a second run of the show
Formats combine well. A performer number sets the tone in the first half; the light show at the end gives every guest a shared action and shared emotion.
Client checklist
- What is included in the price: duration, number of runs, track preparation, participation report?
- Rider: what the venue must provide (sound, screen or space for QR, lighting)?
- Timing: at what point in the program should the number be placed?
- Technical requirements: does it work in a bright hall, is internet required?
- Who launches it: host, DJ or your own staff?
- What the guest receives afterwards: promo, draw, just a photo?
- Are there hidden extras for transport, rehearsals, staff?
FAQ
How to choose between a performer and an audience show? If your budget starts at 25k and you need a bright stage number – book a performer. If you want every guest to participate and your budget starts at 10k – go with the light show for the whole room.
Can formats be combined? Yes. A performer or cover band is often placed in the first half, and the light show becomes the finale once everyone is relaxed and ready to raise their phones.
How much preparation time is needed? 7–14 days. We prepare the script, tracks and page. On the day the host or DJ triggers it according to the schedule.
